BIO: Christopher P. Arnold is an attorney licensed to practice in all Florida courts. Mr. Arnold is from Tampa, Florida and clerked at numerous law offices throughout schooling, including the State Attorney's Office in Tampa and the Florida Senate. He began practice as an Assistant Public Defender representing thousands of poor and criminally accused defendants in Hillsborough County. He then served as an Assistant Attorney General representing the State of Florida in federal and state appellate actions. In 2016, Mr. Arnold entered private practice joining a small personal injury firm in Tallahassee where the following year he prosecuted his first civil jury trial to a verdict awarding the plaintiff $377,500 after she suffered a trip-and-fall injury. (Pamela Manuel v. ACZ, LLC., d/b/a Cactus Point Apartments (2017)). Prior to starting the firm in 2020, Mr. Arnold rounded out experience at multiple defense firms representing insurance companies and gaining valuable insight into how adjusters value and settle claims.
